How to write one that helps

Only review a company you actually drove for.
Say what happened to you: the settlements, the home time you were promised, the truck you were given.
No names of dispatchers, recruiters or other drivers. The company is the subject, not a person.
Numbers beat adjectives. "Promised 2,800 miles, ran 1,900" tells the next driver more than "bad miles".
Good companies get said so too. This only works if the praise is as honest as the complaints.
One review per driver per company, and your name is off it unless you put it on.
