Broker Review Rules
Broker reviews only work if drivers can trust them. These are the rules.
What belongs in a review
- Your own experience. A load you hauled or booked with that broker. Not something you heard from another driver.
- What happened. Dates, lanes, the agreed rate, what changed, how long you waited, how and when you got paid. Facts carry weight.
- Your opinion, said as yours. “I won’t haul for them again” is fine. Accusing someone of a crime is not — stick to what they did to you.
What gets removed
- Fake reviews, reviews of your own company, or reviews written to hurt a competitor.
- Names, phone numbers, emails or other personal details of a broker’s employees.
- Threats, slurs, harassment, or calls to go after a person.
- Reviews about the wrong company. Check the MC number matches your rate confirmation.
- Rate agreements. Sharing what a load paid you is fine. Using reviews to set or organize rates with other carriers is not — every driver sets his own rates.
How it works
- Verified brokers. Every broker on UnitedRigs is added by MC or USDOT number and checked against FMCSA public records.
- Members only. You need a free account to vote or review. One vote and one review per driver per broker.
- Your choice of name. Post under your first name and last initial, or as “UnitedRigs member”. We never show your email.
- First review checked. Your first review is read by a person before it goes up. After that, your reviews go live right away.
- Reports. If enough members report a review, it comes down until we check it. We put it back if it follows the rules.
Brokers
Reviews are the personal experiences and opinions of UnitedRigs members, not statements of fact by UnitedRigs. If you work for a broker and believe a review is false, use the Report link under it or contact us with your MC number and the details. We don’t remove honest negative reviews, and we don’t accept payment to change or remove any review.
